In order to promote the implementation of the national special project (thin-walled semi solid rheological forming technology) and prepare for the mid-term inspection of the project, a special meeting was held on November 10th at Suzhou Jincheng Precision Casting Co., Ltd. with the unanimous agreement of the responsible experts and the project team, and in-depth on-site inspection and verification were conducted.

On the same day, the project leader, responsible experts from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, financial experts, and relevant personnel from the project team witnessed the 1650 ton semi-solid die-casting test verification production line built by Jincheng Company on site. The SGR8.035.5133 filter shell was trial produced on site, with a production efficiency significantly higher than that of similar semi-solid rheological die-casting, and the quality of the test pieces partially achieved the expected effect. The successful trial production of SGR8.035.5133 indicates that the project has made landmark progress and laid an important foundation for project advancement.

The meeting clarified the focus and goals of the next step of work, requiring rapid progress of the project and striving for more results.
