In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and the demand for transformation and upgrading of the non-ferrous metal casting industry, more and more die casting enterprises have realized the importance of introducing advanced information technology and management systems to improve production capacity, reduce costs, and optimize production processes.

In the traditional die casting industry, there are problems such as poor information transmission, inaccurate production data, and disconnection between production plans and actual situations in the production process, which seriously restrict the development and competitiveness of enterprises. In order to address these challenges, achieve refined management of the production process, connect the data flow of the entire business process from customer orders to finished product delivery, achieve enterprise level process data control and real-time sharing, facilitate order progress tracking and quality process traceability, achieve integration and optimization of production resources, improve production efficiency and quality, reduce costs, and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Recently, Suzhou Jincheng Precision Casting Co., Ltd. and Maitai Technology held a kickoff meeting for the Jincheng Intelligent Manufacturing (MES) project, marking a new milestone in the transformation of digital intelligence.

Mao Tulin, the Chairman of Jincheng, Que Fangbin, the General Manager of Suzhou Jincheng, and management personnel at the level of department heads and above, as well as project team members from both parties, attended the meeting. Wu Sheng, the Deputy Director of the Street Office, and Hu Fen, the Director of the Economic Development Bureau, attended the meeting as guests.

At the kickoff meeting, Director Li Zhi of the Finance Department announced the list of members of the company's Intelligent Manufacturing (MES) project leadership team.

General Manager Que Fangbin explained why the system needs to be imported and how to achieve project goals. He pointed out that the company must upgrade its management thinking, and the MES system can solve pain points such as transparent production progress and low information transmission efficiency. Importing MES systems can provide better management tools and help management make better decisions.

Mr. Wang of Maitai Technology provided a detailed introduction to the implementation methods of the project, including project initiation, mechanism process planning, process and data validation, implementation and operation, and summary of operational results.

Director Wu of the Sub district Office delivered a speech, expressing firm confidence and wishes on behalf of the sub district government for encouragement and support, as well as for the future development of Jincheng.

Chairman Mao Tulin gave a mobilization speech, stating that the information technology project represents the strategic pace of the company's long-term transformation and requires the determination of the senior management, support from the middle level, and enthusiastic participation of all staff. There is no turning back arrow at the beginning of the project. We hope that the project can be launched as soon as possible to help Jincheng Intelligent Manufacturing improve overall. At the same time, it emphasized the risk management and guarantee measures in the project, ensuring effective monitoring of project progress and quality through effective internal communication and assessment mechanisms, ultimately achieving the integration of enterprise production resources and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
